Meet

Laura is the Vice President of Government Programs for ColdQuanta. She brings with her a long career that is rich in program, product, and systems engineering experiences across multiple domains, including ground, space, and novel environments. Laura is a champion for systems thinking and end-user-centric solutions that exceed customer expectations, and she had led programs/systems for a wide variety of customers including NASA, the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, the Space Development Agency, and various elements of the US Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Enriching these experiences, Laura has also enjoyed working in commercial environments, where she is an advocate for bridging commercial, lean approaches for the benefit of our US Government partners.

Laura’s teams have developed systems in hardware, software, optical, and remote sensing capabilities, often deployed in harsh environments and with quick-react urgency. Her experiences at L3Harris, Maxar, Ball Aerospace, and York Space (among others) have provided Laura the ability to survey a need, opportunity, or decision and apply a wide range of solution approaches that fit the situation. As our VP of Government Programs, she is dedicated to leading our program and project managers to achieve outstanding results in our quantum commitments. Laura completed a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering with the Florida Institute of Technology.
